By using the smartcut.cloud website and submitting a subscription top-up request, the user accepts these terms of service. If you do not agree with them, you must not use this website.
SmartCut offers annual subscriptions for protective film cutting machines. The subscription top-up is processed manually by our team once payment is received.
The annual subscription price is €26.00 (taxes not included), unless otherwise stated.
All prices are displayed in euros (€). Payment is made exclusively through Airwallex, which accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other methods depending on the user's region. SmartCut does not store any payment data.
Top-ups can only be canceled if the manual process has not yet started. Once processing has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.
If a cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed through the same payment gateway within 5 to 10 business days.
The user undertakes to provide truthful and accurate data in the request form. SmartCut is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect data provided by the user, including wrong machine numbers.
SmartCut shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the service, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
SmartCut reserves the right to modify the terms of service, prices, or functionalities at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, in the case of substantial changes, active users will be notified by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China).
