Conditions for the annual subscription refund

The customer has a maximum of 7 calendar days from the activation of the SmartCut annual subscription to request a refund.
After those 7 days have passed, no refund, total or partial, of the amount paid will be possible.
The annual subscription lasts 365 days from the moment of activation. The time elapsed from activation to the refund request is deducted proportionally, regardless of whether the machine has been used or not during that period.

The calculation is always made in proportion to the exact days elapsed, never in full blocks, so that the customer receives the fairest possible amount.

The refund will be made through the same payment system used by the customer for the purchase (the international payment gateway integrated into the website). Refunds will not be made through other means, such as bank transfers, PayPal, or other external services.
